Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Service
Advocate fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and
resolving patient issues
Update patient information in the electronic medical records
system
Collaborate with care team members to provide exceptional customer
service
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate
education preferred
1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
environment
Experience with EMR documentation preferred
Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel skills
