Delivery Matters---Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you
will be a critical part of keeping our manufacturing team operating
at full capacity! The Maintenance Technician responds to and
troubleshoots electrical and/or mechanical problems, dismantling,
repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining existing machinery and
equipment to keep our equipment at its optimal condition.
Electrical experience is highly desired. Excellent
benefits!Essential Job FunctionsDismantle, rebuild and reassemble
machinery using hand and power toolsInstalls wiring of electronic
devicesInstallation of a wide range of new and used equipmentWiring
new electrical panels by following electrical
drawings/printsInstallation of both water and electrical
plumbingSupport required ISO documents/records associated with this
department.Observe and listen to operating machinery or equipment
in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and determine the need
for adjustments or repairsMaintains the preventive maintenance on
equipment, as scheduledSkills and Abilities:Strong mechanical
aptitudeKnowledge of electrical wiring and components;Experience
with 120V, 240V, 480V 3 phase, and low voltage controlsAC DC motor
controlsAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals,
diagrams, and blueprintAbility to work independently;
self-starterStrong written and verbal communication skillsForklift
driving experience desired.QualificationsCompletion of High School,
GED, or equivalent.2-5 of experience working as a Maintenance
Technician or Electrical Technician, maintaining and repairing
mechanical and electrical problemsKnowledge of OSHA and EPA
requirements. (Examples: Lock Out/Tag Out, Pinch Points, electrical
codes, HMIS/MSDS requirements, waste disposal.)BenefitsPaid time
