Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to support energy
efficiency software production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and address client/production issues via email, phone, and
ticketing system
Act as a subject matter expert for clients and manage their
expectations
Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients and work on
special projects to enhance processes
Required Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of experience in a technical support or related
role
Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or
Engineering preferred
Experience with SQL/MySQL or database troubleshooting
Familiarity with UNIX command line and file permissions
Experience supporting a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is a
plus
