Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Adjuster to manage
complex liability and property claims.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and settle large exposure liability and property
claims
Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients
Investigate coverage, liability, and damages while maintaining a
pending and closing ratio of 100%
Required Qualifications
Ability to manage complex claims, including coverage and damage
analysis
Knowledge of current case law, statutory law, and DOI regulations
related to claims practices
Experience in preparing detailed reports and recommendations to
clients
Basic computer knowledge and skills required
Total loss experience preferred
