Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative to review
and process eligibility reports.
Key Responsibilities
Verify eligibility and insurance information using the IDX
system
Identify and report issues with eligibility reports and insurance
information
Ensure timely processing of eligibility reports while meeting
quality and production standards
Required Qualifications
Previous insurance eligibility experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to analyze patient accounts
Knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Excel and 10-key
