If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as an on-call Family Support Partner.What You Will Be Doing:As an on-call Family Support Partner, you will provide community-based support for individuals receiving crisis support services. You'll play an important role in the ISK crisis delivery system, attend meetings, participate in trainings, and work with youth and families receiving ISK support. This position allows for flexible scheduling; you will be picking up shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is grant funded through 09/30/2024.What We Require:A high school diploma with one year's work experience is required. You will need access to transportation and a valid driver's license. As a Family Support Partner, you should have lived experiences with your dependent child's behavioral health issues. May occasionally require light lifting up to 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or bending. Requires coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot. Working conditions include an office environment with noise from computers, copy machines, and telephones. Use of a computer screen for periods exceeding 30 minutes may cause eyestrain. Travel throughout the Kalamazoo area is required.
