Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Scheduler to manage patient
appointments and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments across
various divisions
Initiate billing processes by collecting and verifying patient data
and insurance information
Participate in education programs to maintain skills and competency
levels
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a healthcare or scheduling environment preferred
Familiarity with scheduling systems and patient management
software
Knowledge of medical protocols and billing processes
Ability to work part-time during specified hours (Mon-Fri,
8am-5pm)
