Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate - Account
Manager to manage client relationships within the Business
Licensing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships and fulfillment of work for 5-150 clients
Provide regular status updates and lead client meetings for ongoing
projects
Anticipate client needs and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience
Ability to adapt to a changing regulatory environment
High energy and positive mindset
Excellent project management skills
