Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Global Operations to provide support for business operations functions.



Key Responsibilities:

Support Operations Council meetings, including scheduling and notetaking
Assist in the execution of the operations strategy and maintain documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for global operations and facilitate communication across departments



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or certificate in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably in a global business environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Familiarity with business process management and optimization techniques preferred
Commitment to the organization's core values and spiritual formation practices
