Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Investigation Associate to
investigate cases of fraud and provide support in loss
mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and research cases of identified fraud and suspicious
events
Perform comprehensive investigative reviews related to various
financial fraud types
Maintain accurate records of investigations and provide
consultation to internal associates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline preferred or
equivalent work experience
2+ years of work experience with a minimum of 1 year in fraud
investigations
In-depth knowledge and understanding of fraud
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of
databases
Ability to manage a caseload and meet competing SLA
requirements
