Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to optimize and
personalize marketing strategies using machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Build prototypes of data products to enhance marketing engagement
with Guests and Hosts
Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and assess data
prototypes
Collaborate with ML Engineering teams to understand user
preferences and optimize marketing systems
Required Qualifications
9+ years of relevant industry experience and a Master's degree or
PhD in a quantitative field
Deep understanding of machine learning best practices and
algorithms
Experience building end-to-end machine learning infrastructure and
productionizing models
Strong fluency in Python or R and advanced data analysis in SQL
Familiarity with large language models such as BERT or GPT
