Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Line Lead to oversee daily operations in our greenhouse. The Line Lead will be responsible for guiding a team in various greenhouse tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of plant care. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on work in the greenhouse.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team in daily greenhouse operations, including planting, watering, and harvesting.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.Monitor plant health and growth, reporting any issues to management.Train and mentor team members in best practices for greenhouse tasks.Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members based on priority and expertise.Assist in maintaining greenhouse equipment and tools.Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and ordering materials as needed.Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product output.Foster a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications:Relevant experience in agriculture preferred.Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods.Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.Working Conditions:Work will primarily be conducted in a greenhouse environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels.Ability to work flexible hours. #Talroo
