Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer to prepare
mortgage loan files and coordinate closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare mortgage loan files according to guidelines by gathering
necessary documents
Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and
obtain additional documentation
Coordinate the closing and funding of loan packages, calculating
final closing costs and disbursing funds
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of relevant work experience in loan processing
and closing activities
Comprehensive knowledge of loan processing, closing, and funding
policies
Experience with full cycle closing from final approval to
disbursement
Thorough knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
