Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle
Operations to oversee projects and teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities of staff and ensure effective
training and performance monitoring
Implement best practices to maximize revenue and collection
abilities while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with leadership to address client performance issues
and prepare month-end reporting
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business administration, health care
administration, or a relevant field preferred
2-5 years of experience in healthcare transactions, including
billing and insurance follow-up
Knowledge of government and non-government regulations for hospital
and physician-based entities
Experience in denials management and other revenue cycle
functions
Strong organizational and delegation skills
