Job Description:
A company is looking for a social engagement specialist
responsible for managing social media community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interactions and publishing of approved content
on social media platforms
Collaborate with internal partners to prioritize customer
inquiries, comments, and complaints via social media
Protect the brand reputation through effective community engagement
strategies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED and a minimum of four years' experience in
digital marketing or customer service, or a Bachelor's degree with
one year of experience
Extensive experience managing social media for a recognized
brand
Proven experience in posting content for large, complex brands
Demonstrated knowledge of social media tools and management
platforms
Experience in building and maintaining an online community
