Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global People Operations
Specialist to oversee various stages of the employment and
independent contractor lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and benefits administration for employees
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance
with local labor laws
Streamline HR operations and maintain Workday administration and
reporting
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist
role
Strong proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Experience in developing and documenting HR policies
Knowledge of global HR compliance and local labor laws
Experience in a global or multinational company
