Job Description:
A company is looking for a Key Account Representative to support
customer experience and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist dealers and sales representatives
with inquiries
Process orders, returns, and modifications for assigned key
accounts
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure loyalty and
trust
Required Qualifications and Education
4-6 years of project coordination and customer contact experience
preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency with technology as a resource for problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
