Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure L2 Support/Major
Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support and respond to user requests for technical
assistance
Manage the lifecycle of major incidents and document restoration
steps
Coordinate and address technical questions while maintaining
effective communication with end-users
Required Qualifications & Training
Minimum of two years of service desk or desktop technician
experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Intermediate-level computer skills
Experience with ITIL processes and managing major incidents
Special training in A+, Network+, MCDST, MCP, ITIL, and HDI
preferred
