A company is looking for a Customer Success - Onboarding Specialist.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for new customers, ensuring successful onboarding onto the platform
Communicate technical issues and product concerns to internal team members
Collaborate with Customer Ops leadership to enhance the overall customer experience


Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer success experience, preferably in implementation or onboarding
Experience with SaaS or technically complex product support
Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
