Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, CVICU Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history CVICU Experience Works in both ICU and step-down 50-mile radius rule About the Facility This 396-bed tertiary care facility, features Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers and an accredited cancer care program.
