  • Sign-On Bonus of $8,000 - $12,000.
  • Hourly Range: $28.90 - $41.00 based on experience.
  • Placement Fee: 20%.
  • Shifts encompass 12-hour and 8-hour variations.
  • Full Time Evenings with 32 hours per week availability.
  • Full Time Nights with 32 hours per week availability.
  • Principal duties and responsibilities detail the expectations from a registered nurse, including assessment and care planning, coordination with physicians, and providing a safe environment for patients and staff.
    • Job Requirements
    • Education requirements prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
    • License to practice in the state of Michigan required.
    • Previous clinical experience desirable.
    • New grads may be considered, preferably with psych or ED experience.
    • Professional knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory necessary.
    • Must possess the stamina to deal with the physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
    • Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex patient data.
      • Schedule Information
      • 7am-3pm: Weekend differential at $1.25 extra per hour.
      • 3pm-11pm: Monday - Thursday differential at $2.00 extra per hour.
      • 3pm-11pm: Weekend differential at $3.00 extra per hour.
      • 11pm-7am: Monday - Thursday differential at $4.00 extra per hour.
      • 11pm-7am: Weekend differential at $5.00 extra per hour.
      • Shift details include day and night shifts of 12-hour and 8-hour duration.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Registered Nurse will manage care in various clinical settings catering to diverse patient populations.
