A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Vice President, including meeting preparations and executive reporting
Manage initiative level tracking within the Program and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to meet objectives and timelines
Lead strategic projects to enhance departmental efficiency and represent the department on cross-functional task forces


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree & 2 years of technology experience or Master's degree & 4 years of technology experience or Bachelor's degree & 6 years of technology experience or Associate's degree & 10 years of technology experience or High School Diploma/GED & 12 years of technology experience
6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and leading teams or projects
Deep expertise in pharmaceutical R&D and drug development
Experience in project management within a healthcare-related environment
Broad understanding of financial and resource management practices in the pharmaceutical industry
