Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Manager of Workforce
Management to optimize workforce efficiency and operational
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligned with
business objectives
Forecast staffing requirements and optimize scheduling to meet
service level targets
Monitor real-time metrics and analyze data to identify
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workforce
management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing and implementing workforce
strategies for operational efficiencies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management
software and Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and
motivate a team
