Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinated Deputy Organizing
Director to lead a team of Community Organizers for statewide paid
relational organizing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and hire Community Organizers while managing a
team of up to 10 Organizers
Direct organizing staff during large-scale trainings and ensure
timely data entry for Organizers and Community Mobilizers
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports and collect
feedback to improve training materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in community organizing or related fields
Ability to create a positive and supportive team culture
Familiarity with relational organizing strategies
Existing relationships in one of the ten states is a plus
Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is preferred
