Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead
training and enablement efforts for software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive successful implementations of customer cohorts and optimize
software adoption
Build strong customer relationships and advocate for their needs
within the organization
Manage project planning and execution for customer onboarding
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on SaaS
solutions
Experience with 1:many onboarding methodologies and customer
success roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance
multiple initiatives
Understanding of customer success metrics and the financial
services ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members
