Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to shape and execute operational
strategies
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance
efficiency
Manage multiple teams and develop operational capabilities aligned
with business strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
10 years of prior experience in an Insurance Operations role
Extensive experience in Underwriting Operations with progressive
leadership responsibilities
Strong analytical skills and experience leading high-performing
teams
Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement
methodologies
