Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems
Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of the backend architecture

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in backend development
An understanding or desire to work in Golang
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools
